1. Brush one layer of phyllo dough with some melted butter, then cover with another phyllo dough layer.
2. Fold as shown in the video and place in the cake mold.
3. Continue until the cake mold is full.
4. Brush with melted butter again.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
6. Dice the peach.
7. Aside whisk eggs with vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon zest. Then add yogurt.
8. Pour this mixture on the cake.
9. Then place diced peach on top.
10. Continue baking for another 30-35 minutes.
11. Let cool completely before serving, then decorate with some powdered sugar.
