 Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, place eggs in a layer and cover with enough water to cover them by 1/2 inch. Heat up until the water starts to boil, then turn the heat to low and cook them for 1 minute. They should be covered in cold water for about 14 minutes. Strain the eggs and leave them under cold water for 1 minute.
  2. Prepare the eggs by carefully peeling them under running water. They should be washed and dried with paper towels. When the water has been cool enough, slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and salt.Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
